How to delete your account

To request deletion of your Shore account, send an email to privacy@getshore.io from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion". We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account, your profile, your conversation membership, your call log, and any message or media still awaiting delivery. Messages and media already delivered are no longer on our servers: they remain only on the participants' devices.

Timeline

Your request is processed and deletion completed within a maximum of 30 days.

What may be retained

We may keep a minimal amount of data where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary, then deleted.
